At BNM Parts, we strive to provide the highest quality mobile displays and batteries. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and transparent experience:

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered.
  • Damaged Product on Arrival: If the product arrives physically damaged or non-functional.
  • Defective Product: If the display or battery is found to be faulty or not working as intended out of the box.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Be in unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
  • Have the IMEI/serial number matching the one sent by us (if applicable).
  • Not show any signs of installation damage or tampering.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are damaged during installation.
  • Displays or batteries that have been used, scratched, or show signs of wear.
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery.
  • Products without proper unboxing video proof (see below).

Important Note – Unboxing Video Required

To ensure transparency, we require an unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened. This video is mandatory in case of any damage or wrong product claims. Without this video, returns or refunds may not be approved.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@bnmparts.com within 7 days.
  2. Share order details and unboxing video.
  3. Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the return process.
  4. Upon approval, ship the product back securely to the provided address.
  5. Once received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued only after returned item passes quality check.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer, as applicable.
